Innovation & R&D Manager

The Innovation and R&D Manager anticipates and understands the needs of the customers. Poised to achieve the impossible, he conceives and designs, along with the laboratory and industrialization teams, the best, most innovative and efficient galenic products. He relies on his own experience and know-how, as well as external sources of complementarities (ingredients suppliers, technological developments, scientific experts, etc.). A true "orchestrator", he ensures that everything is done to satisfy the customer while bringing value to the company. Listening and creativity are part of daily life. A key role, it is at the crossroads between the customer and various professions: sales and marketing, industrialization, manufacturing, packaging and quality

Formulation Manager

The formulation manager brings the client's brief to life. He creates the formulas by working on the texture, the scent, and the anticipated visual. All while ensuring the expected efficiency. At the laboratory stage, he guarantees the quality, reliability and safety of the formula.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician ensures the good qualitative and quantitative function of the production lines as well as preventive, curative and systematic maintenance of the production and packaging lines. By proposing improvements and implementation, he/she is a key player in the continuous improvement of the industrial tool.

EHS ( Environment, Health and Safety) Manager

The EHS Manager embodies our companies' commitment to the Environment, Health and Safety. He is responsible for the development and application of EHS procedures and their continuous improvement. He measures the impact on the safety of people and the environment. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and premises related to his sector of activity. He also manages the EHS audits.

Manufacturing Operator

Thanks to the manufacturing operator, our most beautiful laboratory creations come to life. He works on one or more manufacturing mixers with the goal of producing formulas in compliance with the manufacturing orders, the industrial operating procedure, the traceability documents, and adjustments requested by the laboratory.
