Le French Gut project, led by INRAE in partnership with AP-HP and various stakeholders, aims to map the microbiota of 100,000 volunteers by 2029. The objective is to better understand the links between the microbiota and chronic diseases such as obesity and gastrointestinal disorders. Anjac Health & Beauty has joined this major scientific initiative to actively contribute to advances in health.
The microbiota, a true internal ecosystem, plays an essential role in overall well-being. Le French Gut is part of the global Million Microbiome of Humans Project (MMHP), which aims to create the largest international database on the human microbiota.
By collaborating with the many stakeholders involved in the project, Anjac aims to integrate the research results into its own innovation projects, largely driven by entities such as Innovi laboratories. “We are pleased to join Le French Gut, a scientific project that will significantly advance knowledge and innovation in the field of health. Understanding the microbiota is essential to driving scientific progress. Our participation in Le French Gut is fully in line with our mission to take concrete action and innovate for the health of tomorrow” explains Anne Rutigliano, Marketing and Innovation Director of the Anjac Group.
In addition to actively contributing to the research, Anjac encourages its employees to take part as volunteers by sharing their health habits, thereby reaffirming a strong commitment to research and innovation in public health.
